Warranty Procedure

In order to receive the best service,
please kindly read the following steps carefully

Step 1

Please check common errors and available solutions provided by QNIX in user manual or in QNIX website before contacting Customer Service Center.

Step 2

In case of there is no available solutions which is suitable with your products’ defectives, please contact Customer service hotline to get instruction for error diagnosis and troubleshooting or send product to Customer service center for warranty service.

Step 3

Send the defected product to QNIX Customer Service Center (Directly or by delivery)

* Notice regarding product packaging

(We do not have any responsibility for damages that occur during transportation so please read instructions carefully to avoid unwanted loss.)
Please use the original box for packaging; remove all kinds of stickers that belong to the previous shipping information to avoid mistakes during next shipment; use specialized adhesive tape and appropriate sealers. Do not use any other paper or wires to cover the box and please do not put any other things in the box without requirements from QNIX. Please fill in all information in warranty registration card and send together with the product to get warranty service quickly. After sending product to our Customer Service Center, please provide us information of the bill of lading (If you do not bring the product directly to our Customer Service Center)
