1. PurposeThe purpose of customer service policy is to minimize the inconvenience by product errors and problems occurring during the use of products sold by our company in a timely and fair manner.
2. General termurposeApplicable for all monitors of QNIX brand which are officially distributed by Remann Co., Ltd. All QNIX monitors are warrantied for free of charge in case there are technical errors caused by manufacturer occur within 24 months from the date of purchase or within 36 months from the date of manufacture (Depends on which come first) at QNIX Customer Service Center. After warranty period or errors which are not caused by manufacture, service fee will be applied. The warranty service does not applicable for cable, remote control, battery, adapter, stand, or other accessories.
3. Warranty durationWithin 30 days from the date of purchase, if product has technical errors caused by manufacturer, customer can exchange for a new one of the same model or other models with higher specification with surcharge (up to customer’s decision). Warranty duration is from 5 to 7 days (except Saturday, Sunday and holidays) In urgent cases, customers can register to borrow monitors for using during warranty time. (If products are available in stock for borrowing) If malfunctions require more than 7 days to fix, the over surplus time will be accumulated into customer’s warranty duration.
4. Conditions of using free serviceQNIX products are officially distributed by Remann Co., Ltd. Technical errors occur during warranty period. Products have serial number and model name matching with those are written in the invoice and warranty card. Products are not in scope of rejection.
5. Free service rejectionProducts are not officially distributed by Remann Co., Ltd. Serial number on warranty card has been erased, modified, separated, removed or faded. In case there are no malfunctions, but customer still ask for service, service fee will be charged (Please check the manual and QNIX website for trouble shooting solutions before contacting Customer Service Center). Malfunctions were caused by users’ carelessness or the products have been opened, repaired or modified by third party who are not authorized by QNIX. Malfunctions caused by installing and using monitor in high humidity environment or customers do not follow the manual. Malfunctions caused by water, dust or insects. The product has some symptom such as rust, burnt, condenser's problem which are considered as customer's caused defect. Malfunctions caused by using another components or accessories those are not provided by QNIX. Customer does not keep original box (Please keep the original box carefully for after sales service, the original box will protect product better during transportation). Malfunctions caused by lightning, fire, flood, earthquake, terror or any other natural disasters. Malfunctions during transportation. Products deform or physical damages.
